Smartlock or keyless entry
This system allows guests to access the apartment without the need for a physical key, using an app that connects the guest's mobile phone to the entrance door. One of the main advantages of this system is security. Access is protected by a unique code that ensures that only authorized persons can enter the apartment.
Alarm with sensor without fees
The alarm system with motion detector without payment of third party fees is an ideal solution to protect the apartment without incurring additional monthly costs. This type of system detects any intrusion into the protected location. When the sensor is activated, an alarm signal is sent to Habitat Apartments and allows immediate action to be taken to protect the property.
Sustainable amenities without plastic
Opting for supply providers that use recyclable or biodegradable materials is a way to minimize waste and support companies committed to caring for the environment. Plastic-free amenities, such as cardboard or biodegradable packaging, reduce environmental impact and contribute to the conservation of natural resources. We offer guests more eco-friendly options during their stay.

We suggest our clients contract supplies with clean energy companies for their apartments. We provide a minimum of 56Mbps WiFi speed in the properties we manage to ensure fast and reliable Internet connectivity for our guests.
