Habitat Apartments was born in 2002 to provide quality service to the growing demand for tourist apartments in Barcelona and Madrid.
Throughout these more than 20 years of experience, we have offered 535 apartments, managing more than 8,000 annual reservations, and have been awarded for five consecutive years as the Best Spanish Tourist Apartment Brand by the prestigious World Travel Awards.

David Riba
Founding Partner
Managing Partner of Habitat Apartments, David has more than 18 years of experience in the sector. Together with Olga, David is responsible for defining the company's strategies, managing internal projects and coordinating the company's resources. In addition, he is committed to managing quality policies in processes and human resources administration, ensuring the success and continued growth of Habitat Apartments. Since January 2020, David is also President of Federatur. In addition, he has been Vice President of Apartur for almost 15 years, contributing to the promotion and development of the tourism sector in the region.
Olga Rodellar
Founding Partner
Olga Rodellar is the co-founder and CEO of Habitat Apartments since October 2001. With a degree in Economics and Business Sciences and with more than 22 years of experience in the tourism sector, Olga has successfully led the company, focusing on the financial and human resources area, on the coordination of work teams and on the business strategy for growth and expansion of the brand; with one of the company's focuses today on maximizing the profitability of the assets managed for its clients.
